美食游记——上海枣子树净素餐厅 ZaoziShu Vegan restaura

我与枣子树餐厅好像比较有缘分，九年前，第一次到上海出差，一个日本朋友请吃饭，我们选定枣子树。当时去的上海枣子树餐厅的古北店，店面外面有几颗枣子树。远远看去店面不大，但店里面可别有洞天，似乎越走越大，让你有一种可以挖到宝的感觉。墙上的字画写着“早吃素”，可见餐厅经营之意及佛菩萨的一片苦心。店内装修典雅、让心立刻清净下来。日本人很讲究、挑剔、认真，枣子树无论是从文化氛围、艺术气息以及菜色、餐具、服务、装潢，都让他无从挑剔，尽显中国传统雅韵和素食文化的精深，让从未进过素食餐馆的日本友人大吃一惊。周围的人都感觉我们太怪，一个中国人和一个日本人靠英语沟通，现在已经忘记当时说些什么吃了些什么，只记得上来一盘菜，日本人就大惊，噢！this is vegan? Like meat ! GOD~! 然后我们就一通狂吃，我还要不停给他解释这个菜是什么做的有什么营养价值，多吃素有利于健康等等，那时候刚吃素不久，很兴奋，见人就讲吃素的好处。

后来几乎请国外的朋友或是公司的同事吃饭都是先到枣子树，对于老外来说，这种中国文化的氛围对他们来说太有吸引力了。而且这里的菜色都是非常传统的中式菜肴，可以让他们深刻了解中国素食文化之美。而商务会谈，公司聚会来枣子树比较大气。无论是清淡口味的凉拌，还是浓郁麻辣的川味，无论是补养身心的汤羹还是美容保健的锅仔，样样都让你满意。
枣子树的菜色太多太全，访荤菜做到极致。还有一些自己开发的素菜真让人叫绝。炒菜、小吃、点心、锅仔每一道都是仔仔细细、漂漂亮亮、精致用心、营养健康。来枣子树，要喝点茶，这里的茶似乎更讲究，更有韵味。

枣子树餐厅设有有机食品和素食半成品的小超市，很方便购买一些素食原料。据说枣子树餐厅在公益活动方面做的也很好，经常为一些需要关注的弱势群体捐助，有时候也为他们做一些素食请他们吃。听了这些故事很感人，是不是？还有一点让我觉得很感动的是，听说他们餐厅洗菜的时候为了不伤害菜上的虫子，用一个布袋子将虫子放起来然后拿到野外去放生。实在是将护生做到精细极致了，很感动！

感受生活的美好也许不一定依靠美丽的风景，这一点纯净的爱心已足以让人感受这个世界的美。选一个幽静的下午，带一份含蓄的心情，给身体一个奢侈的礼物，来枣子树吃素吧。



In my memory, there are many beautiful stories between Zaozishu restaurant and I . The first time I came to Zaozishu will be traced back to 9 years ago , I came to Shanghai on business reason , a Japenese friend invite me to dinner, so we decided to go Zaozishu vegan restaurant. We came to the Gubei branch that time, and at the first sight of this restaurant from outside , it seemed so small, there were several date trees outside the building. But there is a big space inside the house. A handwriting hang on the wall of the house, it saided ”zaichisu” means “ go veg early” in Chinese. From this , we can feel the hope and will of the host. The reastaurant is very graceful, your heart will calm down when you sit down in this house. The Japenese are very cavil about details , but my Janpenese friend seemed satisfied with everything of Zaozishu vegan restaurant, the atmosphere, the food, the plate , the decorations, he could not find anything not satisfied. Every menu made the Japenese friend amazed. Other customers are surprised about us, a Chinese and a Japenese talking with English , sitting there eating, and the Japenese say “wow!” with every menu coming. I am now forgot what we ate that day, only remember his “wow, this is vegan ,Like meat, GOD” and then we ate up all, I also kept talking about what the food make of , and what nutrition it included, being vegan is a good choice . I just a starter for vegan, so I am exciting and keep talking all I know .
There after, Almost every dinner with foreigners or coworkers was in Zaozishu vegan restaurant, for a foreigner, everything in Zaozishu seems a standard eastern style, they were so exciting to enjoy . no matter plain flavor food or the hot food, the nutritious soup or the healthy hot pot , they were satisfied here any time.
The food here are almost complete, some times you will not believe they are simple vegan, because they are so delicious, but they are vegan. All the food are carefully developed by the managers, fried Chinese dishes, specialties, cakes, hot pot, they are beautiful , nutritious, carefully prepared. I recommend you to enjoy some tea here, they showed the traditional tea culture of China.
There is a small supermarket in Zaozishu, which sells vegan materials and organic food, it is very convenient. I also heard that the restaurant also do well in public welfare businesses, they paid more attention to help those in need ,and also cook vegan meal for them sometimes, very touching. The restaurant working staff do not kill pests, they put them in a cotton bag and send the pests back to wild fields .
We do not need a beautiful scenary to fee the beauty of this world, the pure heart with love is enough for us to feel the beauty of this world. In some afternoon, bring your gentle heart, give yourself a gift, go vegan in Zaozishu vegan restaurant.
