材料:
800克削好皮马铃薯、 3 ~ 4 张海苔、2小匙盐、1又1/2小匙太白粉、1大匙白芝麻。
作法:
1、在磨成泥的马铃薯上撒盐后,将自然出来的汁液用滤网滤掉。
2、将每张海苔对半剪成2份。
3、将沥干汁液的马铃薯泥,用汤匙平铺在每张海苔上。
4、热油炸海苔马铃薯泥至金黄色。
5、切成8等份,撒上白芝麻。
6、混匀素蚝油和太白粉,加热至浓稠,淋在炸好的海苔马铃薯泥。

Ingredients:
800g potatoes peeled
3-4 sheets of seaweed
2 teaspoons of salt
1&1/2 teaspoons of potato starch
1 tablespoon white sesame
Preparation:
1.grind potatoes then use sieve to filter out the juice naturally, sprinkle with salt.
2.cut each sheet of seaweed into half
3.use spoon to flatten potatoes evenly onto each sheet of seaweed.
4.heat oil, the deep fry the patties, fry until golden.
5.cut into bite sized, about 8 pieces then sprinkle sesame over.
6.mix vegetarian oyster sauce and starch with, then heat until it becomes sticky, pour over patties.
